Welcome to ADM83 (Assistance Dépannage Maritime 83), your breakdown assistance, towing, refloating and boat delivery service at sea on the French Mediterranean coast. From our two bases in Toulon and Fréjus, we cover the whole coastline from Marseille to Monaco.
To respond efficiently to assistance requests, ADM83 operates two 500 hp RIBs, registered as cargo vessels and purpose-equipped for towing and maritime assistance. Each vessel is commanded by a Master 200, qualified and trained in towing operations and interventions at sea. We handle insured vessels up to 25 metres (subject to intervention conditions).

Two 500 hp RIBs, registered as cargo vessels and based in Toulon and Fréjus, purpose-equipped for towing, assistance and recovery of boats in difficulty. Our radars with DSC locating antennas let us find boats in distress quickly and precisely, and our communication network keeps us in constant contact with the authorities and rescue services.

Each vessel is commanded by a French Merchant Navy Master 200, qualified and trained in towing operations and interventions at sea.

Yes. Our assistance service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Our vessels are equipped for night navigation and operations (LED lights, radar, DSC locating).
What information should I give when I call?
Your position (GPS coordinates, nearest port or a visible landmark), the type of boat, the nature of the breakdown, the number of people on board and a phone number we can reach you on. If lives are in danger, call CROSS first (VHF 16 or 196).
Do you deliver boats?
Yes, we handle boat deliveries at sea between two ports, carried out by a Merchant Navy certified captain (Master 200), in complete safety.
